Hammer offers a variety of heel options to help bowlers customize their slide on any approach condition.

Choose your heel size based on these corresponding shoe sizes:

Women’s:

Small = 5.5-8 / Medium = 8.5-11

Men’s:

Small = 4-6.5 / Medium = 7-9.5 / Large = 10-12 / X-Large = 13-15

The Traditional Heel is recommended for normal approach conditions providing an average amount of brake.

The Grooved Heel is recommended for slippery approach conditions providing above average brake.
